The "smart" pointer has had a serious bug for years, but the
method with the bug isn't used :S Fix the bug, throw in some
gratuitous C++ modernizations while we're at it.
Patches submitted upstream.

ChangeLog: https://freeshell.de/~mk/projects/dsbmc-relnotes.html
* The application name and RESOURCE_NAME environment variable will now be set
so that WM_CLASS is defined.
* An item has been added to the tray menu to show/hide the main window. This is
basically a modification of the patch provided by @Peter2121.
* realpath() will now be used to resolve image file paths.
* When trying to start another instance of DSBMC, the main window of the
previous instance will be shown.

ChangeLog: https://freeshell.de/~mk/projects/dsbmd-relnotes.html
* A bug has been fixed where DSBMD exits with an error when the user tries to
mount a smartphone after a previously failed attempt.
* Command functions now run in a thread so that time-limit exceeding commands
executing an uninterruptible system call will not block the daemon.

Please refer to the 20200811 UPDATING entry when upgrading
dependent (*-emacs26-*) ports.
Port changes:
- depend on math/gmp
- match upstream by turning CAIRO, HARFBUZZ, and JSON options and on and
turning MAGICK off by default
- remove OPENMP check for graphics/ImageMagick as the openmp is now
included in base
- update EMACS_VER in Mk/Uses/emacs.mk
- bump USES=emacs ports or remove BROKEN for net-im/jabber.el and
deskutils/howm, which now build

seatd is a seat management deamon, that does everything it needs to
do. Nothing more, nothing less. Depends only on libc.
libseat is a seat management library allowing applications to use
whatever seat management is available.
Supports:
- seatd
- (e)logind
- embedded seatd for standalone operation
Each backend can be compile-time included and is runtime auto-detected
or manually selected with the `LIBSEAT_BACKEND` environment variable.
Which backend is in use is transparent to the application, providing a
simple common interface.

I added this in 2013 because it was needed in order to have MSG_NOSIGNAL
defined; having that improved performance by avoiding the need go mask
and unmask SIGPIPE repeately.
From src r248932 onwards (aka. 10.0-RELEASE and later) __BSD_VISIBLE is
no longer needed for this; since FreeBSD 9.x and earlier are no longer
supported, there is no point keeping the workaround.

Quickjail is a utility to create transient single-command jails.
This utility operates much like jail(8) -c, but the jails it creates are not
persistent, unlike with jail(8). This makes quickjail more convenient for
cases where the command may need termination, which may prevent jail(8) from
cleaning up the jail.

Tuesday, 28 July 2020. Today KDE releases a bugfix update to KDE Plasma 5,
versioned 5.19.4. Plasma 5.19 was released in June 2020 with many feature
refinements and new modules to complete the desktop experience.
This release adds three week's worth of new translations and fixes from KDE's
contributors. The bugfixes are typically small but important and include:
* Plasma Networkmanager: Make hotspot configuration dialog bigger.
* Only open KCM in systemsettings if it can be displayed. Fixes bug #423612
* Plasma Vault: Reset password field when the user clicks Ok. Fixes bug #424063

Most important changes:
* USB transport backend is stable now and included in to port. It is disabled
by default as it has greater priority than OS drivers.
* hcons - Consumer page AKA Multimedia keys and hsctrl - System control page
AKA Power keys drivers are added. They should replace sysutils/uhidd port
that became unusable since recent X11 switchover to evdev.
* hidraw - Exports raw HID data in uhid(4) and Linux hidraw-compatible way.

This is a putely cosmetic change, as the default behaviour according
to tzset(3) is:
```
If TZ does not appear in the environment, the best available
approximation to local wall clock time, as specified by the
tzfile(5)-format file /etc/localtime is used.
```

ignore --configure errors
For some reason, when run with stock sh(1) the script aborts just
after 'Unpacking the base system'.
The fdescfs mount fixes 'dpkg --configure' for rsyslog. Note that
there are also some kernel patches required to make it work completely.
The fdescfs is not enough to fix everything, though, so just ignore
'dpkg --configure' errors for Bionic; they don't break anything important.

- with KF5 5.71, each application can have its own FindTaglib, or
uses the one from kdelibs4support (I think). This is generally an
"old-style" CMake module.
- with KF5 5.72, ECM delivers a modern CMake module which is found
**first**, but is also incompatible with the old version of FindTaglib.
Adjust the patches so they work with KF5 5.71 (now in-tree) and 5.72
(upcoming). Not bumping PORTREVISION here because the packages could
not have built with the previous patches.
Note to self: do not assume useful backwards-compatibility in CMake
modules from different sources.

This fix is complicated by krename already having a big complex
patch from git against exiv, and no newer releases, so I had
to bodge in the new patch to avoid double-patching the same
file or losing the existing comments and explanation.
