Trust attachments from ~/.kde and ~/.kde4.
This came about from a mailing list thread entitled:
Sending photos from digKam: "Skipping suspicious attachment"
Apparently KDE still uses dot-folders quite heavily, despite having
helped draft the XDG Base Directory Specification.
