added sources to calendar-conduit
* gncal/Makefile.am: added sources to calendar-conduit
* gncal/calendar-conduit.c: imported Miguels update_record
function
* gncal/corba-cal.c: fixed a grave bug in exception throwing,
which cause ORBit to sigsegv.
