* gal/Makefile.am: Added e-canvas-background.lo.
* gal/widgets/Makefile.am: Added e-canvas-background.c and
e-canvas-background.h.
* gal/widgets/e-canvas-background.c,
gal/widgets/e-canvas-background.h: New class, provides infinite
background color or arbitrary rectangle of background color.
