Added e-entry.c and e-entry.h.

* widgets/e-text/Makefile.am: Added e-entry.c and e-entry.h.
* widgets/e-text/e-entry.c, widgets/e-text/e-entry.h: New files to
be a widget containing a text item.
* widgets/e-text/e-text.c: Fixed some spacing.
