* Makefile.am: Added tests/ back in
* camel-mime-utils.c (header_decode_text): Ignore whitespace
between encoded words (there were a few cases where it didn't
before).
(header_encode_string): Preserve whitespace between words that are
to be encoded by encoding them too.
(header_encode_phrase): Same here but with phrases.
