New function. (parse_time): Moved over from the old set_time_t(). This

* gui/calendar-model.c (set_categories): New function.
(parse_time): Moved over from the old set_time_t(). This just
parses the time and leaves the warning dialog for the caller.
(set_datetime): New function.
(set_geo): Updated old function.
(set_percent): Updated old function.
(set_priority): Updated old function.
(set_summary): New function.
(set_url): New function.
(calendar_model_set_value_at): Updated function.
(calendar_model_is_cell_editable): Updated function.
