Add libgda2 at 1.3.2, and chase libgda.
Note the following two thingers though:
1) I removed a MySQL provider patch because I think it's been obsoleted, but
I don't know enough C to tell for sure. Somebody else should verify this.
2) libgnomedb won't build because it sucks. Somebody else is going to have
to help me resolve the missing symbols.
