Auto detect and add missing locale dirs to plist via USE_GETTEXT=find-dirs
Please don't crazy with this yet because there are still a few peices we
need to make more robust and a few bugs we need to fix.
Todo:
- Add support for %%XX%%share/locale in pkg-plist
- Add support for PLIST_FILES
- Speed up! Cache the output of mtree ... instead of running it
2 times for ever share/locale/.*/.*/*.mo in pkg-plist
- Find a better name than "find-dirs"
Wanted (maybe?)
- Don't double add dirs that are found in pkg-plist
