- Bump PORTREVISION for updated source
3.1.14 was withdrawn by author from PECL page due to reported problems.
In order not to bump PORTEPOCH, I changed MASTER_SITES to my LOCAL where
the new 3.1.14 tarball is identical to 3.1.13 tarball from PECL page.

Squid 3.1.23 is effectively Squid 3.1.22_2 with the final fix for
CVE-2012-5643 applied.
Squid 3.2.6 also received that abovementioned fix, but in comparison
with 3.2.5 from ports it has another change that fixes handling the
"tcp_outgoing_tos" directive for BSD-like systems, including FreeBSD,

LockFile "/var/run/accept.lock"
instead of previous
LockFile "/var/log/accept.lock"
If system is crashed and rebooted, Apache refuses to start in case
/var/log/accept.lock.<pid> is found. That <pid> is almost always the same
due to minimum pid variance right after boot.
So use /var/run instead, which is cleaned on each boot.
