mod_log_mysql is a module for the Apache 2 webserver which permits
request logging into a MySQL database.
Key features are:
* Seamless integration into the standard Apache logging
configuration.
* Only one configuration line needed to start logging.
* Free SQL use.
* Multiple databases, database users and/or database servers.
* Connection pooling, only one connection per log target per
child process.
* Logs data as it is: e.g. times as SQL DATETIME and n/a items
as SQL NULL.
* Won't loose data if the database server is down.
Note: this module requires mod_log_config-st

mod_log_config-st is a patched version of mod_log_config by Sonke
Tesch. It's fully backward-compatible and it adds logic to give
other log writers a more detailed view of the data to be logged.

-Disable the x11-toolkits/ruby-gtkglext depend on FreeBSD 4.x.
The issue is that the ruby can't be mix with and without threads (libc and

The inplace(1) command is a utility to edit files in-place through
given filter commands preserving the original file attributes. Mode
and ownership (user and group) are preserved by default, and time
(access and modification) by choice.
Examples:
# Sort files in-place using sort(1):
inplace sort file1 file2 file3
# Process image files preserving time and taking backup files:
inplace -t -b.orig 'convert -rotate 270 -resize 50%% %1 %2' *.jpg

kst is a program for looking at data streams. It can plot:
- x-y plots
- power spectra
- histograms
- equations (including equations of data streams).
- data in files which are being updated as data is being logged,
in which case it can act as a plotter for a chart recorder.
- much more
You can use the mouse to rapidly zoom into interesting parts of the plots.
In addition to a complete GUI, kst has a convenient command line interface
for rapid access to plotting data in files. kst can read data from stdin.
It provides a DCOP interface for remote manipulation, and supports several
file formats in use in scientific projects around the world.

While LSOF did build on 4.10, the resulting binary most likely won't work.
