distribution comes with everything needed for TCP/IP (opening ports,
background connections, etc.). Netclasses seamlessly integrates into
NSRunLoop, which means there should be no need for redesigning applications
to use it.

Changes since version 3.0.5rc1:
* A bug was repaired in fixes to the dhclient, which saught to run the
dhclient-script with the 'EXPIRE' state should it receive a NAK in
response to a REQUEST. The client now iterates the PREINIT state
after the EXPIRE state, so that interfaces that might be configured
'down' can be brought back 'up' and initialized.
* DHCPINFORM handling for clients that properly set ciaddr and come to
the server via a relay agent has been repaired.

- Some CVS remenents have crept into the distribution, don't install them.
- Add USE_LDCONFIG to run ldconfig on the globus libraries. [1]
- Add some verbosity in hopes of finding what I'm doing that is causing
this to fail on the package cluster.

module does not currently offer fetch method that is available in the RRDs
module.
It does however create RRD files with a sensible set of default RRA (Round
Robin Archive) definitions, and can dynamically add new data source names to
an existing RRD file.
This module is ideal for quick and simple storage of data within an RRD file
if you do not need to, nor want to, bother defining custom RRA definitions.

This commit should largele be a NOOP as it only adds support
for DESTDIR undefined. This does allow us to start testing
ports with DESTDIR set, but this is as of yet not supported.
Although this has been extensively tested on pointyhat, this
is a very intrusive change and some cases may have been
overlooked. Please contact Gabor and me if you find any.

This module provides a simple functional "named parameters" style interface
for creating URIs. Underneath the hood it uses URI.pm, though because of
the simplified interface it may not support all possible options for all
types of URIs.
It was created for the common case where you simply want to have a simple
interface for creating syntactically correct URIs from known components
(like a path and query string). Doing this using the native URI.pm
interface is rather tedious, requiring a number of method calls, which is
particularly ugly when done inside a templating system such as Mason or
TT2.

- Install man page
- Make krb5_ccname option in nss_ldap.conf work
nss_ldap has two different arguments that can be used at compile time to
make this work. The --enable-configurable-krb5-ccname-env configure
option was chossen because it works with both the Heimdal and MIT
Kerberos implementations and does not require a kerberos dependency. A
note has been made in UPDATING that this now works because
misconfiguration can lockout users.

The goals of MPICH2 are to provide an MPI implementation for important
platforms, including clusters, SMPs, and massively parallel processors.
It also provides a vehicle for MPI implementation research and for
developing new and better parallel programming environments.
MPICH2 replaces MPICH1 and should be used instead of MPICH1 except for
the case of clusters with heterogeneous data representations.
Note: some regression tests fail with Fortran 90, but the problem has
been solved in 1.0.4-rc1, and 1.0.4 should be available RSN.
